We needed to have all three baths in our house upgraded and made accessible to moderately handicapped people. The work was carried out under a short time-frame, often involving moderate structural reworking, so that it became available as needed. Peter Thorn Builders built my house in East Chapel Hill in 1998 and in 2024 renovated my bedroom and ensuite bath. The renovation included new plumbing fixtures, quartz tops, lighting, window treatments, wall coverings, and cabinets. They did a great job- we love the house and the reno. Highly recommend!

Pete designed a screen porch for us. We had only a general idea of what we wanted, and he spent quite a bit of time going over ideas with us. In the end, we adopted most of his suggestions. The design was complicated by our house's unusual roof design, but he came up with an elegant solution. He also worked directly with our builder to ensure that there would be no surprises. He has earned his stars.
